Named leadership on own surface. Cited www.nuxaris.com surfaces name no individual founder, CEO, or executive. CCTools directory copy names Cédric Jacot and 0xHra; those names are not restated on the cited Nuxaris own surface.
Named backers. Cited Nuxaris own surfaces name no investor, backer, or funding round.
Named institutional counterparty. Homepage marketing invites institutions and shows a Request Access waitlist. Cited surfaces name no licensed financial institution, bank, broker-dealer, or fund as a live counterparty.
Validator on own surface. CCTools directory roles include Validator and describe a Canton validator. Cited www.nuxaris.com surfaces do not restate validator operation in those words.
Public audit or security report. Cited Nuxaris surfaces publish no auditor firm name, report date, or public audit URL.
