// the evidence
Claims, and where each one stands.
Every claim on this page carries its evidence tier. Nothing Fractit states about itself is presented as something measured independently here.
Fractit states it is built natively on Canton Network. Its Why Canton docs page says native Canton deployment is a prerequisite for the product, citing privacy by default for authorised parties only, sub-second deterministic finality, DAML contracts for financial workflows, CC as a native settlement asset, and whitelist enforcement at the contract layer.
docs.fractit.com/canton-network/why-cantonFractit's overview describes the protocol as bringing regulated real estate index markets on-chain by issuing Canton-native tokens with 1:1 economic exposure to fully replicated baskets of exchange-listed real estate shares held in institutional SPV custody, plus a 24/7 AMM secondary market and on-ledger auditability of mint, swap, transfer, and redemption events on Canton Network.
docs.fractit.com/getting-started/overviewFractit's DFMREIT live docs page marks DFMREIT as Live on Canton Network. It names DFMREIT as the first live index token, tracking the Dubai Financial Market Real Estate Sector Index (DFMREI) as calculated for DFM by S&P Dow Jones Indices, with full replication of constituent shares in SPV custody, settlement in CC and USDC, subscription during DFM hours, a 24/7 AMM secondary market, and weekly windowed redemption.
docs.fractit.com/markets/dfmreit-liveThe same DFMREIT page lists current DFMREI constituents as Emaar Properties PJSC (EMAAR), Emaar Development PJSC (EMAARDEV), Deyaar Development PJSC (DEYAAR), and Union Properties PJSC (UPP), and publishes fee rates of 0.50% subscription, 2.50% redemption, 0.25% per annum management, and 0.25% per AMM swap paid to LPs. Those fee figures and constituent lists are Fractit's stated schedule, not independently measured here.
docs.fractit.com/markets/dfmreit-liveFractit's full replication model page states every DFMREIT token is backed 1:1 by real constituent shares in institutional SPV custody with no synthetics, swaps, or basis risk. On subscription, a whitelisted Canton wallet tenders CC or USDC, tokens issue at the current price, and the operations layer is described as buying the matching DFMREI basket on DFM through licensed FX and brokerage partners into the SPV for custodial holding.
docs.fractit.com/the-protocol/full-replication-modelFractit's regulatory framework page says the index markets product is designed to operate within the VARA virtual-asset framework for entities issuing virtual assets in Dubai outside DIFC, and that whitelist checks, transfer restrictions, and jurisdiction blocks are enforced by DAML contracts on Canton rather than only at the UI. Partner roles named by type include licensed broker, institutional custodian, securities depository, banking partner, and compliance vendor; specific firm names are not published on that page.
docs.fractit.com/compliance/regulatory-frameworkFractit's markets surface at markets.fractit.com presents DFMREIT as a live UAE real estate index market product, with subscribe, trade, and redeem framing for tokens described as backed by fully replicated underlying shares in institutional custody, and with KYC, VARA-oriented, and Canton Network wording in the page body.
markets.fractit.comCCTools lists Fractit as Live on Canton Network, with the line Bringing real estate index markets on-chain. Powered by Canton Network, website https://markets.fractit.com/, and X https://x.com/fractitlabs. Directory vote, view, and algorithm scores are not treated as Fractit measurements, and CCTools feature copy that describes single-property fractional rentals is not used here because Fractit's own docs describe index markets with full share replication.

Falsified if: that page drops the native Canton Network wording without a dated Fractit own-surface replacement, or the URL 404s.

// what I could not verify
Gaps.
These are findings, not omissions. I looked and state what I found.
Named leadership. Opened Fractit docs and markets surfaces describe the protocol and product. No individual founder, CEO, or executive name appears on the cited pages.
Named operating partners. The regulatory framework page lists partner roles (licensed broker, custodian, depository, banking partner, compliance vendor) without naming the firms.
Named institutional users. No cited page names a fund, allocator, bank, or other institution as a live Fractit subscriber or LP.
Third-party audit or attestation. No third-party security audit report, SOC 2, ISO 27001 claim, or public bug-bounty programme appears on the cited Fractit docs and markets pages.
Self-reported markets UI figures. markets.fractit.com presents live-looking NAV, AUM, volume, and holder figures in the UI. Those numbers are not treated as independently measured facts on this page.

Position.
Position disclosure. I hold $CC and $CNTN. This page covers a Canton-native product, which triggers disclosure under my map. Fractit itself is not a holding of mine. The full conflicts register is on the disclosure page. Fractit has no commercial relationship with Canton Catalyst, and nothing here was requested, reviewed or paid for.
