bitcoinsuisse.com Canton CC news
Confirmed

The homepage describes Bitcoin Suisse AG as a Swiss crypto finance firm offering trading, staking, custody, and lending, and states figures including crypto assets under custody and a team of 200 plus. Those homepage figures are Bitcoin Suisse's.

Confirmed

The About page states that since 2013 Bitcoin Suisse has been committed to crypto, names over 200 crypto specialists, and gives the address Bitcoin Suisse AG, Theilerstrasse 1a, 6300 Zug, Switzerland.

bitcoinsuisse.com/about-us
Confirmed

Bitcoin Suisse's own site identifies a second operating entity, Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG, based in Liechtenstein, describing it as a MiCAR-licensed premium crypto financial services provider, distinct from the Zug-based Bitcoin Suisse AG entity that runs the Canton Coin trading and custody offering. This licensing detail is not specific to the Canton offering; it describes the wider group's European regulatory footprint.

Announced

A CCTools directory page labels Bitcoin Suisse Live Exchange and describes a Canton Network validator role, and restates the 24 March 2026 CC trading and custody addition. Those directory lines are announced here. They are not treated as Bitcoin Suisse own-surface statements.

Group News still states CC trading and custody Open

The 24 March 2026 Group News post still states that Canton Coin is part of Bitcoin Suisse trading and custody, and that clients can trade and store CC on the platform.

Falsified if: that Group News URL drops the Canton Coin trading and custody framing without a dated replacement on a Bitcoin Suisse own surface, or that page 404s.

Directory validator line moves or falls Open

CCTools still lists Bitcoin Suisse as Live Exchange with a Canton validator role. A dated Bitcoin Suisse own-surface statement that names Bitcoin Suisse as a Canton validator would let that directory validator line move off announced.

Falsified if: the CCTools Bitcoin Suisse page drops the Live Exchange label or Canton validator role without a replacement, or 404s.

// what I could not verify

Gaps.

These are findings, not omissions. I looked and state what I found.

SOUGHT

No dedicated Canton product page. bitcoinsuisse.com/canton returns 404. Canton offering for this page is taken from the dated Group News post.

SOUGHT

Own-surface validator statement. The Group News post confirms CC trading and custody. It does not state that Bitcoin Suisse operates a Canton validator. The validator role is carried only as announced from the CCTools directory page.

SOUGHT

FINMA status for the Zug entity. The pages fetched here name Bitcoin Suisse (Europe) AG as MiCAR-licensed in Liechtenstein, but do not state a specific FINMA authorisation type for the Zug-based Bitcoin Suisse AG entity that runs the Canton offering. That is not restated here as fact without a citable own-surface source.
