Claims, and where each one stands.
The longest running strip entry. Reviewed three times, moved once, and still short of the inclusion bar, which asks for at least one of live deployment, institutional counterparty or infrastructure role confirmed.
Official ecosystem status. ACME Markets carries a listing on canton.network, gained between issues 01 and 02. This is the one item that has moved since the project was first reviewed, and on its own it does not clear the bar.

A live claim without a surface an outside user can touch stays announced under the rule set for Zenith in issue 02, and a sign-in wall is exactly that case.

A stripped page fetch is not sufficient evidence for that block under the rule set in decisions log 139, and the visual confirmation has not been done. Stated here as an open question rather than counted in either direction.

Catalysts, each with its falsifier.
A touchable product, meaning anything an outside user can reach without an invitation, moves the live item to confirmed and puts ACME on the chart. Falsifier: the beta stays behind sign-in.
Visual confirmation of the canton.network role block would settle the infrastructure item one way or the other, and confirming it would clear the bar without the product going live. Falsifier: the block turns out to be a directory default rather than a validator role.
A regulated institution confirming a lending relationship from its own channel would clear the bar by the third route. Falsifier: none appears.

Gaps.
These are findings, not omissions. I looked and state what I found.
A touchable product. The beta is behind a sign-in and I have not been through it. This is the single item most likely to move the placement.
The role block. Open since issue 02. It needs a visual browser check, not a fetch, and that check has not been run.
Recent activity. No posts in the recent scout window and no new public evidence located in this pass.
Entity and leadership. Neither a registered entity nor named leadership was located.
